Mo Hussain is a local driving instructor and a community volunteer. He has helped bring communities together, break down barriers and build social cohesion. He continues to assist those affected by Covid-19 by helping to set up a vaccination centre. As a first-time councillor candidate, Mo will ensure he is available to every resident of Great Sankey South.
Laura works as a teacher and for a teaching union striving to improve education in Warrington’s schools. She is also known for her voluntary work on tackling dog fouling. With six children and two grandchildren, Laura has first-hand experience of the impact on family life caused by the pandemic. She also knows how much key workers have done to help Warrington during this crisis. As a local councillor, Laura will fight to ensure that communities get the great services they deserve.
