Hilary Cooksey

Hilary has been a councillor for Poplars and Hulme ward since 2016 and is also a parish councillor representing the ward on Poulton Parish Council. She has lived in Warrington for 35 years and her children attended local schools.  She has campaigned against any development on Peel Hall and will continue, along with the Labour team, to oppose unnecessary developments in the area.

John has been a councillor since 1993 and has represented Poplars & Hulme Ward for 20 years.  He has lived in Warrington all his life and is a member of Unite trade union.

 

John pledges Labour to continue its firm opposition to any unwanted developments in the ward and is a long-standing campaigner against any development of Peel Hall.
