Andrew Hill

Andrew was born and bred in Woolston and has represented the ward and community in various ways since he was 18.  He has been on both parish councils in Rixton and Woolston, serves on two school governing bodies in the ward and has been the Borough Councillor since 2016.  Andrew is keen to continue serving his community and keep it the place he grew up in and loves.

Faisal Rashid

Running a new small business in Warrington, Faisal understand the needs of local businesses.  As a family man with young children, he knows how difficult it is to cope during the pandemic.  Faisal has a wealth of experience in serving the public.  As a former MP, Mayor and Parish and Borough Councillor he has a strong understanding of the priorities of Warrington people.  This, together with his genuine determination and drive, will make Faisal a great asset for the residents of Rixton and Woolston and he will make you proud.

Pat Wright

A long-standing former lead member for health and social care at the Council, Pat is keenly interested in promoting the health and wellbeing of all residents.  Pat has a wealth of experience in public service – she is highly respected and gets things done.  She is committed to working closely with the police to ensure Rixton and Woolston is an even safer place to live, work, bring up a family and enjoy retirement.
